Refund policy

If you are not happy with the item(s) that you received follow these steps to return the item(s).

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date
Returns will be for in-store credit only or can be exchanged if the product is still in stock
Items must be returned in new condition.
Vintage Pearl tags must be attached with the return items. If items appear worn or have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense
All sales are FINAL on sale items or on items that were bought during a sale

How to Return

Notify us at vintagepearlappearl@outlook.com before sending back with why you are returning, and if you would like a exchange or in store credit
Return the item with a tracking number and the packing slip. We are not responsible for lost packages when returning the item
After the item is received wait 1-3 days for the item to be inspected and the appropriate actions will be taken.
